These Terms of Use set out the rules for the use of the orotalia.com website (the “Site”) operated by Sadık Koşucuoğlu (“Orotalia”). By using the Site or becoming a member, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Membership

1.1. To become a member of the Site, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

1.2. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all transactions made through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please notify info@orotalia.com immediately.

1.3. Orotalia reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if it detects use in breach of these terms.

2. Rules of use of the Site

• The Site may not be used for purposes contrary to law and public morality.
• No software, bots or automated tools that disrupt the operation of the Site may be used.
• Orders may not be placed, and accounts may not be opened, using information belonging to others.

3. Product information and prices

Product images and descriptions are prepared as accurately as possible; however, owing to handcrafting and screen settings, there may be minor differences in colour, tone and weight. Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. Prices may be updated depending on changes in gold prices; the price at the time the order is confirmed applies. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Orotalia reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement and the Pre-Contract Information Form. You will be informed of orders that cannot be confirmed for reasons such as stock availability or payment verification, and any amount collected will be refunded.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, logos, texts and other content on the Site belong to Orotalia or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Orotalia exercises reasonable care to ensure that the Site operates without interruption or error; however, it cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by infrastructure providers or force majeure. This article does not limit your rights arising from consumer legislation.

7. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

Orotalia may update these terms. The current version is effective from the date it is published on the Site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
