Shipping fee

Shipping is free anywhere in Türkiye. All jewellery is shipped insured, in a special Orotalia box.

Preparation and delivery time

• Products in stock are handed over to the cargo company within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Cargo delivery time is generally 1–3 business days, depending on the region.
• The lead time for personalised or made-to-order products is stated separately on the product page.
• Under no circumstances does the delivery time exceed the statutory 30-day period.

Order tracking

When your order is handed over to the cargo company, the tracking number is sent to your email address.

On receipt

For shipments of valuable items, parcels can be delivered only to the recipient or to a person authorised by the recipient, subject to identity verification. Check the packaging before accepting the parcel; do not accept damaged or opened parcels, have the cargo courier draw up a report, and notify info@orotalia.com.

International shipping

Currently, shipping is available only within Türkiye.
