2. Basic characteristics and price of the product

The type, kind, carat (14 carat / 585), weight where applicable, size, colour and quantity of the product, and the total sale price including taxes, are shown on the product page and in the order summary at the checkout step. Prices on the website may be updated owing to changes in gold prices; the price at the time the order is confirmed applies.

3. Payment

Payment is made by the methods offered on the website (debit card, credit card and other methods stated on the website). For instalment payments, any maturity difference is subject to the bank’s terms. Card details are processed by the payment institution and are not stored by the Seller.

4. Delivery

After the order is confirmed, products are delivered by insured cargo to the address provided by the Buyer within the period stated on the website and, in any event, not exceeding 30 (thirty) days. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee within Türkiye is borne by the Seller. The preparation time for personalised products is stated on the product page.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date on which they receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal notice may be given by email to info@orotalia.com or by completing the form below. The product must be returned within 10 days of the withdrawal notice, together with its invoice, box and all accessories. The price is refunded, using the payment method, within 14 days at the latest of the notice reaching the Seller.

6. Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

• Products prepared specifically for the person, or personalised, such as by engraving a name, letter or date,
• Ornamental and investment gold products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets (bullion, gold coins, etc.),
• Earrings that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, or that have been used or worn after the packaging was opened,
• Products that have been used, damaged or altered.

7. Complaints and objections

You may send your complaints to info@orotalia.com. In the event of a dispute, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts where these limits are exceeded.
